Ordering and Shipping Policy's

We offer a 100% Money back guarantee if you contact us within 2 days of receiving/signing for your item. If you wish to return an item or items, please e-mail us first within 2 days of receipt of your package to let us know. We must receive the item back within 10 days of purchase, in its original condition and with a copy of your invoice.

If we custom make you a piece and you return it, then there will be a 35% re-stocking fee. Please remember, that the Designer (Me) has spent many hours creating your custom piece of jewelry.

Return shipping will be your responsibility. We will make every effort to make this a good Shopping Experience. We realize we can't please everyone but we will try. Please give us the chance to make your shopping experience a good one with Renaissance Style Jewelry.

If You need a Jewelry repair. Please contact us with the nature of the break and we can give you an Estimate on the cost of the repair (Minimal). We ask that you ship the item to us and pay the postage plus the repair fee (US Postal Money Order please).

The repair fee is (usually no more that $10.00) and we will ship it back and we will pay the return postage
